“That day, the aurora lasted all night. Even lying in bed, looking through the ceiling of the igloo, the whole magical scenery still surrounds me, which is the best part of the trip, ”she added.

Visitors can visit the village of Sami, a small nomadic village, to learn about their habitat and ride on the reindeer pulls.



The Sami people were the first inhabitants here. The village is just over 20 people and a herd of 140 reindeer. People still wear colorful traditional costumes and reindeer leather shoes.
In winter, the trees are covered in thick ice, which in Finnish is called "tykkylumi". The snow cover gives landscapes a different look. The hotel is secluded in a deserted area, so it is suitable for exploring the wild nature of Lapland.
