Maranjab Desert: With giant sand dunes, salt lakes and impressive night views, the Maranjab is one of Iran's most famous deserts. About 60 km northeast of Kashan city, Maranjab Desert is located north of Aran city and Bidgol, Isfahan province. Despite its harsh environment, Maranjab is still home to snakes, lizards, eagles and salt-loving plants. In the center of the desert is an island surrounded by salt.

Carpet Museum: According to Apochi, the weaving of carpets in Iran has its origins in the Bronze Age, around 5,000 BC.
