I almost panicked at Agra station platform because the ticket was on the waiting list ("waiting list").

However, according to this station staff, this is entirely due to the system. They can only support the refund via the card used for the payment and the guest must purchase a new ticket at the platform they intend to travel.
I arrived at the station about 2 hours before the run and it took about 1 hour 40 minutes for this. Originally it was too different from the Vietnamese ship booking system, so the information was seriously missing. Right now, I buy a new ticket in 2nd class, it is different from 3A that I bought before.
Once again, due to the unknown classification of the Indian ship, I lost my second time when I got on the second class. The people were crowded, many people still had to squeeze each other in the toilets, between the two cabins. It makes me feel insecure.



Deciding to take a risk, I left and went up to 3A with the hope that there was room left and accepted the penalty.
This compartment has no vacancies left. I was fortunate to have a 15-year-old brother make room, even though his family paid for the position. After that, I take the class difference charge and take a fine. The total amount for the ticket after the fine was more expensive than the ticket I bought online.

They are rated numerically with the service description. But 2A means 6-bed room has air conditioning. Or they use the word “sleeper” for the non-air-conditioned berth. For self-sufficient tourists, you should still choose the 2A or 3A for better quality, safety as well as hygiene.
Some trains will have both Second Class (class 2) and 2A class.



The price difference between the two classes is huge. Therefore, please be careful when announcing the type of ticket you want to buy with the ticket staff. Type 2 is actually low class, tickets do not print seats or beds. Accepting to buy this ticket means you may endure wandering in the toilets, decks ...
