I landed at Cairo airport on a sunny, golden sunset afternoon like pouring honey. Due to the unrest in Egypt, especially Sinai, my two friends and I decided to book a private car, including driver Hamdy and local guide Aly, to go along

The first destination is the pyramid complex of Giza. As a child, I knew nothing about Egypt but the pyramid, a legendary symbol. Until I stood in front of it, I did not dare to believe this was the truth

First time entering the pyramid
Over thousands of years, the layer of white limestone plastered outside to create brilliant light in the sun has been eroded. Unlike other tombs, inside Giza there are no ancient characters or hieroglyphs, only corridors. If you want to go to the Pharaoh burial chamber, you will have to go deep down.
The three pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure lie in line with the three stars that make up the constellation Orion. The ancient pyramids were built on the left bank of the Nile. According to the legend of the ancient Egyptians, this is where the sun sets, is the land of the dead.

Aly told me to go down the stairs leading deep below, a man in a white suit waited, not forgetting to tell me to be careful not to get hit.
The man led me from room to room, then stopped at an open black stone coffin and told me to climb inside. I was dead standing, but he kept urging that I finally had to climb in. He told me to keep quiet and lie there for a few minutes.
Currently the pharaohs and the queen's mummies and all accompanying items, including wooden coffins, have been moved to Cairo museum. Particularly in this pyramid Saqqara also leaves an empty black stone coffin for visitors to experience.
I followed the man's words but I shut my eyes, a cold feeling down my spine up to the top of my head, making me in a daze to climb out in less than a minute. Hurriedly running out of the crypt, until I met Aly standing outside waiting, I was not shocked.

For a bit of relaxation, I opted for a 30-minute camel ride through the smaller pyramids behind the 3 largest main pyramids in Giza. Although the Egyptian government has passed a law that allows fines of up to 10,000 EGP (nearly 13 million VND) to anyone found to disturb tourists, camel shepherds here they still have a way. discreet.
During the 30-minute ride, they kept asking me, "Are you happy?" dozens of times. With the same question, but with so many numbers, I felt more bothersome than happy. Not to mention, I was having difficulty when I was not used to the swaying, swaying gesture on the back of this camel, Michael Jackson, several meters tall.
After leaving, I tip the camel keeper 50 EGP (VND 60,000).



They accept money but still insist on giving more. I feel unhappy again even though I love Michael Jackson. That kind of shower makes me feel disturbed, grimace, and go elsewhere.
Egyptian Museum
Another treasure in the heart of humanity is the Egyptian museum in Cairo. This 100-year-old museum currently holds a huge number of artifacts from ancient Egypt. What I have seen in movies, or documentaries about golden coffins, mummies, dung beetles, relics ...

To visit the rooms containing the mummies of the pharaohs, guests must purchase an additional ticket and not take pictures at all. In it, King Tutankhamun's mummy (also known as King Tut) is the youngest and most famous Pharaoh. King Seti I's Mummy is one of the most powerful kings in the history of ancient Egypt.

This prince, just 20 years old, was sentenced to a permanent curse for treason, stripped of his real name and sentenced to death. In addition, there are other royal mummies, and a room containing animal mummies like goats, sheep, dogs, crocodiles, birds ... fruit mummies.
The pharaohs are the most perfect and meticulous mummified people. A mummy can be placed in many coffins from small to large. I don't know how the other people around the museum feel. But when looking at the ancient relics taken from the tombs, the mummies withered but with their teeth intact,.
