Bhutan, where happiness comes from poverty, backwardness has shown the world a completely different way of life. Here, everything is slow from commuting to building to business. Indigenous people also do not live in a hurry when the streets are still empty or at 9pm there are not many shops open
Perhaps for this reason, they always feel free, comfortable with their current life and moreover, bring their own happiness.



Just look at the hustle and bustle of life in Hanoi, I always see myself as a poor person, I'm a lowly person, happiness never comes to you.
The majority of Bhutanese people are Buddhist. They always keep in mind: it is necessary to eliminate three harmful things: ignorance, greed and anger. For example, when feeling angry at an act of a child or husband, they think of this ideal of Buddhism, which eases the situation.
Regarding Buddhism, 50% of men in Bhutan are monks and they live in monasteries. Here, their daily job is to clean, recite prayers and pour sacred water for domestic and foreign tourists. This is one reason why Bhutan is underdeveloped as a quarter of the population does not participate in the creation of material wealth for the country
Bhutan's cuisine is in my opinion, it is a combination of Vietnamese and Indian food.



Most of the stir-fried vegetables, the braised meat are very similar to Vietnam and a few other dishes, they add Indian curry. The Bhutanese eat rice for all three breakfast, lunch and dinner. They eat very little meat and even raise chickens, cows, and sheep to kill meat is forbidden on this happy land. Fish is absolutely prohibited from fishing in any way. Therefore, their only source of meat and fish is imported from India.

During my trip there was a farmstay day, visit the farm and stayed with a well-off family with four children aged 3 to 12 years old. Their breakfast is just a bowl of cooked potatoes and tourists like me are "good" than fried eggs served with rice. Dinner the whole family and guests gather around the kitchen in the middle of the room and eat together.

Because Bhutan is a mountain country, moving between tourist destinations and cities, mainly on beautiful winding hilly roads, but also very easily sick.
