The first day to Iceland was a real time chase because I had to race with sunlight to catch up with the majestic natural scenery of Iceland.
The bus picked us up at Fosshotel at 7:30 am. It was morning but everything was dark, this season the sun started to dawn around noon

. The road is quite long and tiring, in return we will be able to see the magnificent scenery in Iceland.

Our tour guide said if you come here in summer, countless flowers will grow around and create a more vivid picture than this many times. This man excitedly said: "I brought a couple here to take pictures and they proposed to each other under the waterfall in June".
We arrived at Seljalandsfoss at 10am but everything was still dark. Fortunately, the area around the waterfall is always well lit and you only need to take a little long exposure to capture the full beauty of the waterfall.
The outdoor temperature was about 0 degrees Celsius, I was amazed by the magnificent beauty of Seljalandsfoss. From above, each water rushed down, fluttering like a strip of phosphorus in the middle of the sky.

The sun was high, we turned back to the car to reach the village of Vík, a small village overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Perhaps the village of Vík is my favorite place of the trip because the scenery here reminds me a lot of Hallstatt in Austria.
Also a small village like Hallstatt, but Vík is more peaceful and quiet. A truly adorable village located on the southern strip of Iceland.
Vík Village is 180 km from Reykjavik with sparsely populated.



The scenery in Vík really makes visitors excited about the old houses leaning against the snow-capped mountains, the front facing the vast Atlantic Ocean.
Speaking of the sea, I quickly left the village and followed the sound of waves crashing in the sea. The natives remind me to be careful because the Atlantic waves are very strong and unpredictable, if you accidentally lose your life like playing.
Looking in the distance you will see the beautiful and sharp rock formations created by Mother Nature. The beach here is not like in tropical countries, black sand dominates and gives this place a mysterious beauty like stepping from a fantasy movie.
I never thought that I wanted to stick anywhere until I came to Vík. The peaceful, small village always knows how to hold tourists in a very indescribable way.
I sit on the porch that has turned yellow over time, imagining my desired life.



At that time I will rent a small house in the village, day in and day out to watch the sunrise and sunset. At the end of the day, I went back to the little house, leaning against the mountain.
Every Sunday I will go to church leisurely and live prayers. And I will write books, very long books filled with love that I give to Vík.
Suffocation in the gorge Fjaðrárgljúfur
Maybe today is the funniest day of my life, but also the most "dumb" day of my life. It was winter to go mountain climbing but I was inexperienced, stepping on ice and fell loudly, in total I fell no less than 5 times on the thick ice of Fjaðrárgljúfur gorge.
If the places I used to call paradise, this canyon will destroy all my words.
Located 250 kilometers from the capital Reyjkavik, the Fjaðrárgljúfur gorge is a long trip into the wilderness.




This place is not suitable for the elderly because of its dangers. The entire hike to the cliff is frozen. This hinders access so visitors can see the entire canyon.
We had to sit close to the slippery ice, use our hands to make paddles to move step by step across the other side, where there was snow where we could walk normally.
If you come here, do not stand outside, go to the side of the mountain and try to look down into the deep 200 m deep. At that moment, we shared the same feelings: fear and very provocative.
Jökulsárlón, Europe's largest glacier lagoon
If at noon we are overwhelmed in the deep canyon and in the afternoon we can see the true Arctic beauty: the icebergs in the Ice Lagoon Jokulsárlón.
This is the place chosen to film famous movies such as Batman Begins, James Bond, Lara Croft.
