I arrived in Hobart, the capital city of Tasmania state on an early flight from Sydney. With a greeting that was nothing more impressive, Hobart greeted me with a cold 6 degrees Celsius.

On the way from Hobart airport to the city center, you will have to cross the Tasman Bridge - the pride of the people here for its "huge" height.

Return to Hobart and drive along the coastline east of the island - one of Australia's most beautiful driveways, you will arrive at Freycinet National Park. Here, if you have time, stop for a few days to walk the trail to the top of Mount Amos, overlooking Wineglass Bay with clear blue water and long white sand
On the way home, do not forget to visit the famous oyster farm Freycinet Marine Oyster Farm located inside Coles Bay to enjoy raw oysters with many different recipes.
