Regular Exercise Reduces The Risk Of Breast Cancer By 30%

A recent study showed that women who actively exercise can reduce breast cancer risk by up to 30%.
However, the researchers commented that weight gain can ruin the benefits of exercise.
"Our study shows that moderate physical activity can reduce breast cancer risk," said Lauren McCullough, lead author of the study. It is important that we find that the risk of breast cancer decreases even among women who participate in physical exercise after menopause. ”
The study collected data on more than 1,500 women with breast cancer and the same number of women without the disease
