Stress Relief Exercise

Do not think that only young people are susceptible to stress due to work pressure, stressful life, even in middle age or "retired", the source of stress is the leisure. The following can help relieve stress and bring a sense of comfort and freedom.
Preparing posture: legs closed, hands intertwined softly in front of abdomen (Figure 1).
Rhythm 1: rotate the wrist, lift the hands over the top of the head, shoulders backwards, palms facing the ceiling - breathe (figure 2).
Rhythm 2: slowly bend down, palms touch the ground, eyes on the back of the hands - breathing (picture 3).
Rhythm 3: slowly raise the right leg to the maximum - breathe (picture 4).
Rhythm 4: gently lower the foot - breathe. Lift your hands back to beat 1

Then change legs.


Stress Relief Exercise

Perform from 3-5 turns.
Preparing posture: sitting on the buttocks, hands soft, folded behind the back (Figure 5).
Rhythm 1: bend down, forehead touches the floor - breathing (picture 6).
Rhythm 2: raise buttock up, roll from forehead to top of head, bring hands up to maximum - breathe (picture 7).
Rhythm 3: Slowly lower arms, lower buttocks, return to beat 1 - breathe.
Rhythm 4: surf the forehead, nose, chin on the floor (figure 8), lift up, tilt your neck back, raise your hands up - breathe (picture 9).
