Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank Raised Its Charter Capital

The State Bank has decided to amend the content of the establishment and operation license of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Accordingly, the Governor of the State Bank approved the amendment of the contents of the charter capital specified in the section 4 Operation License No. 0001 / GP-NHNN on June 8, 1991 issued by the Governor of the State Bank for Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Clause 1 Decision No. 68 / NH-QD on June 8 / 1991 of the Governor of the State Bank on the granting of operation licenses for Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows: Charter capital: VND 15,275 billion. Thus, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank raised its charter capital to VND 3,525 billion

Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for implementing the provisions of Clause 4, Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions (revised , supplement) For the above amendment contents. This decision takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Operation License 0001 / GP-NHNN on June 8, 1991 due to Governor of the State Bank issued to Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Decision No. 68 / NH-QD dated 8/6/1991 of the Governor of the State Bank on the granting of operation licenses for Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank Vietnam
